[QUOTE="chrysippus_"]What's the difference between a chicken burger and a chicken sandwich?chrysippus_

A chicken burger is made like a hamburger. It's ground chicken that is made into a patty and grilled. A chicken sandwich is the fake pressed crap that is battered/breaded and fried (Like a giant chicken nugget).

MAYBE I WANT A GIANT CHICKEN NUGGET

I don't know why, but I LOLed at that.

McDonalds has chicken burgers? Since when?

Pirate700
this Also I hate when place put in stuff you tell them NOT to put in. I hate ketchut, mayo, muster, pickles, and well pretty much everything else, I only like BBQ sauce. I usually go on a rage when the put one of those things when i ask them not to. They usually dont pay attention to your oders when you go through the drive through, so I always go in side

Well, Wendy's knows how to make a plain burger if you want to try there. I mean, all I had to do was ask for no onions, so they just gave me a burger with nothing on it, no ketchup, mustard, or pickles, but atleast they didn't put onions on it either. Talk to management. I would have just asked the guy for his name, then I would have said I want to speak to your manager

I don't know of any major chain that doesn't do special orders. I wouldn't be surprised if it was required by law due to potential allergies.

Everytime I ask for a plain McChicken, they give me a plain McChicken (no lettuce, tomatoe, or mayo) Which is exactly how I want it. Sounds like you just ran into a douche.

I've got allergies an such, i asked for a plain chicken burger. Specifically said without salad. So i order it. Recieve it. And realise the brains behind the counter put on salad sauce (with no salad...). So i gave it to a friend who happily ate it, asked for another, and specifically said no salad sauce. He said they could not do that. I asked why? Fry it, bun it, tad dah. He then told me to, and i quote, 'f*** off'. I asked why are you treating me like this. He said it again. So i left. I dunno, is it automated or something? I couldn't believe the irrationality and the aggression. Any one have trouble with Maccy D like this?

McDonalds cashiers here are usually really pleasant and nice, and if you got anything to add to the order, they happily do it. I'm very picky, and a lot of people would normally get pretty annoyed with me, but if I ask for a burger without this and that, they do it, because I pay for the food. Thankfully, I've never had any problems with people spitting in my food, because I'm a jerk. :P I guess you should just tell them you have allergies, and you could die from it. Exaggerate if you have to :P

You got what you deserved. If you want something all specific buy the supplies and make it yourself. People with special needs need to basically just stay home and not interact with use normal people. And this applies to any special needy person...The issue is not McDonalds but the entitlement that special needy people want went out in public. Basically man if you are all frail, soft. have allergies, sickly, cant eat meat, or sugar or anything else normal people do its best to just stay home. Hope that helps.

This better be a joke post...

For the record NO I was no joke! I meant every word with a passion. People that complain at fast food joints irritate the heck out of me. I have never done it. NEVER. People think they get whatever they want when they want it...even if they are paying and that is not how the world operates. No telling what the cashier was going through or anything...just complain complain complain. I seriously mean what I was saying. I didnt actually give this topic a second thought until I got a private message about it. So I returned to specify I was NOT PLAYING. If I am allergic to anything do you think I am going to order something that has what I am allergic to and then complain if they do not remove it?? That is just nuts to me. I dont care what anyone says on the matter...IF you have special needs it is not society job to help you. It IS YOURS.

You must have had a bad cashier. McDonalds generally does an excellent job with giving you exactly what you want for a good price and quickly. I've been to McDonalds stores from Minnesota to Florida and the service, food and management were all pretty much the same. McDonalds is a company that I deeply respect for the way that they operate.

They have a system, they tend to to stray from it. I would have got him fired to be honest.

Why should the man lose his job? Do you enjoy having the POWER to separate someone from employment? Keeping someone from having the ability to feed their children? All of that over a sandwich? Do you see the big picture at all?

I don't think getting him fired would be because of the sandwich. It's how the worker treated the customer that is the BIG issue here in my opinion. If I was treated like that, the manager would have known for sure. The worker should be fired for that.

McDonalds will never have quality service with that kind of ridiculous scum working behind the counter. Cheap food, cheap service. You really shouldn't be surprised by this.Immortalica

I agree with this 1000 percent. Most of those folks need the gig they have. Just order your grub and keep it moving. If its messed up just dont return there. They make less money off of you in the long haul.

bebopoutlaw3gun
Uhh...wrong. TC, you're supposed to ask for "plain, without cheese". I'm a picky eater and I won't eat any burger unless it's just bun, meat, and cheese. It's not terribly uncommon for people to ask for this so there's a term for it called "plain". Plain removes all extra condiments and sauces, leaving just the cheese. You can then just say "plain, without cheese". I eat at McDonalds all the time, you can get special orders any way you want. You can even ask for Big Mac sauce on your regular burgers.

I work for AT&T man...the point is people should not be harrassed at their gig...The sense of entitlement some people have just kills me. I eat a lot of things. I have never had to special order anything...pickles, onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes...whatever...if the sandwich comes with it I EAT It and Keep it moving. I dont think that I am better than the McDonalds cashier, the Target sales rep, the lady at Food Lion or Kroger...they are people and sometimes things dont go my way in the custumer service area. It happens. For me to even think about causing one of those people to lose access to their weekly check it UGLY...it is bad karma and this is HOW I FEEL. My dad didnt let us complain about food, because we were CONSTANTLY reminded about 3rd world countries and their lack of food. So a pickle or onion or special sauce was the least of my siblings and Is problems. If you dont understand where I am coming from about being humble and not being entitled they hey we have too different backgrounds of coming up. I respect that. I respect that people have the right to feel slited if something goes wrong. BUT sometimes it is the fault of original person and not the reaction. If I am allergic to bread and I order a big mac and ask McDonalds to take the 3 buns off for me....do you know the type of look I will get? Why put myself though the hassle? That is where I am coming from with my original response. Nothing personal. Some people feel they have the right to be jerks to others and get a F off response. Me I am humble and do not treat people like they are lower than me. Regardless of how they pay their bills. Do you have any other questions?

McDonalds tends to be pretty hit and miss when it comes to getting your order right.

Seems like you need to step. My dad would have him fired (My family has never been to a restaurant where a waitress hasn't cried because of my dads aggressive behaviour) , idk what I would do but I'd at least complain abit more.

I would never eat out with you Dad he probably ingests alot of spit. My family used to eat out with this old couple who were the rudest customers ever my Dad finally told them we don't want to eat out with them because they were embarrassing and we didn't want to be poisoned by the staff.

[QUOTE="The_Gaming_Baby"] They have a system, they tend to to stray from it. I would have got him fired to be honest.GTbiking4life

Worker was responding to what seemed to be an irritating attack.. and he lashed out. The cashier was wrong...The special Order was also wrong! Those sandwich have a recipe... their has to be some sort of instruction on how they are to be made...It just seems like proper logic. My original take on this is...People with special needs should make their own food and not expect others to make it how they want it, even if they are paying. At the end of the day you are PAYING for the SANDWICH or BURGER...Service is something they use to try to make you come back to the firm. BUT you as a consumer are not paying for service you arepaying for the GOODS. This is economics. We are entitled to no service. They money belongs to you. How you choose to spend it is your decision. Have we really become this self centered and entitled in this country? Are we really that self obsorbed? I can see why other countries hate our american guts sometimes. We as a people really have some issues.

That's retarded. I used to work there years ago when I was a young high school student and that's certainly not how the policy is supposed to be like.

If a customer has a problem with a sandwich, we would simply throw it out, promo(free) out the order, and make them a fresh one to their liking. You can customize a sandwich almost ANYWAY you like it. If not, that specific store probably isn't doing very well.

Try dating a women who does this. Its a relationship killer for me. Do not complain in resturants like you are better than everyone else...You but more than your pride at risk. I agree with your pops man.

Well I'll complain if they mess up my order since I'm paying for something and expect to get it, but I won't be rude about it.

Like it or not,he is getting paid to give good customer service. If he can't do that, he should not have a job. Not sure what is so difficult to understand about that.
