Honesty is far more important in a relationship than virginity or how many people a person has had sex with. After a few years of getting lied to by various women telling you what they think you want to hear, you'll appreciate what you passed up on.

Think of it this way

She's telling you that she "has slept" with someone.

Now, if she had said that she "is sleeping" with someone, then I might suggest you break it off with her.

But considering that the first line is the case, then why are you breaking up with her? She's being honest, that's already a plus to herself. If she had hid it from you until you found out from someone else, that'd be worse. Am I right?

You are right. Unless there are other real problems in this relationship, what she did before she knew he existed is a ticky-tac thing to break up over. Unless she did something that caused her to have enemies in the yakuza or makes her a wanted felon in several states or something like that, her past has no bearing on the present.
