I stand by all of what I said in the previous thread. The Seahawks got torched by Drew Brees just like I thought they would. Hasselbeck doing the same to the Saints was what surprised me, not so much because I doubted him but because I doubted that this New Orleans defense would allow him to. They looked weak tonight, no way I would have thought a group like that would look so lost against a group like Seattle, especially Roman Harper.

Nuts to that, I want the Packers to lose ASAP. Whether we face Philly or Seattle makes no difference to me, but a first round loss for the second year in a row would break all the Pack fans' little cheese-filled hearts, and I love to see them squirm.

[QUOTE="Elite_Gamers"]So big that it was the biggest upset in history? It was only a wild card game!!!! Balitmore Colts/New York Jets in SB III, Russia/USA aka "Miracle on Ice", New York Mets defeating the Baltimore Orioles in 1969 WS are just some that come to mind as biggest upsets.789shadow

Biggest upsets in NFL playoff history. No one said anything about in all of history.

Er, Giants/Patriots?

I'd say this one was bigger, but the Giants' upset was a bigger game.

The Saints are beatable when the refs aren't handing the playoffs and super bowl to them on a silver platter.

Pirate700
This. Seattle put a great game. I doubt they will beat the Falcons, but anything is possible. I still think the Ravens will win the Super Bowl.

What's your point? I didn't say that it was THE biggest. Please, pay attention to details. When someone says that something is "one of the greatest," that's far different from saying that it's "THE greatest."

I was actually predicting them to win since they were so big underdogs, but i didn't expect them to put up 41 points. I do think they will get destroyed next week though

With an Eagles win tomorrow and a Falcons loss next week. Philly should have the NFC in the bag!:D

Adam314-

Seattle will have to play really well to be the Falcons in the Georgia Dome. I don't like the Falcons, but they have been tough to beat at home this year and Atlanta has home field advantage through the playoffs.

Atlanta was supposedly supposed to play the worst team next week, but ESPN is showing that Green Bay will be coming to Atlanta instead. Who knows why the change. I won't be there or be watching it.

Seattle won a division so they cannot be the lowest ranked team. Green Bay was a wildcard team...

This is what I'm pulling for. Since last week was essentially a bye for the Eagles starters, I'm hoping they play top of their game tomorrow.

OHH Philly goes bye bye. Go Packers. But OT I stated the seahawks would win this game on FB And to my surprise a lot of my friends agreed.

Well I enjoyed the two NBC guys at the beginning saying that Saints would win no contest. Then during the half time show they both said Saints would come back to win. Then after the game they said Saints fell apart and lost the game for themselves. Hahaha. They scored 36 pts. That isn't a team that's falling apart to me. They got beat, simple as that. Some ppl just are willing to give credit where credit is due. Lets not forget: Any Given Sunday.

Lets not forget that the Saints defense fell apart. If I am not mistaken, they allowed 14 passing TD's ALL SEASON. To allow 4 in a single game versus a mediocre if not outright bad team is inexcusable.
