But i don't know anyhting about her, my friends keep saying start talking to her but how do i start a conversation? I've only talked to her once asking her if she had any paper i could have lol.

If she likes you, and you want to get with her, then I really don't see what's the problem? If she likes you and you don't want to get with her, then just don't speak to her, pretty simple :P

Think of some basic points of discussion and then expand on her answers to get to know her better. Also try and find similar interests you share with her.

As long as she isn't really shy, all you have to do is start the conversation and she'll keep it going. Girls like to talk a lot, especially girls that are interested in you. Then you should ask her if she wants to do something with you like get something to eat together after school (i'm assuming you're in high school).
