The Second World War got us out of the Great Depression.
George Washington was the greatest president this nation has had. Lincoln was another great one.
Eisenhower was the most underrated imo
Lincoln, Washigton, Jefferson (doubled the size of the union), Teddy R, FDR, JFK and LBJ would have been great if vieetnam didnt happen
My favorite president would have to be John McCain.
BTW, I'm from the future.

So he finally becomes president in 2020 :P?

His frozen remains, anyway.
By the 29th Amendment, I assume, outlawing life/death discrimination. Good time, too, because JFK's Skull really needs to be in office for another term :P.
[QUOTE="KD-Archangel"]Probably have to go with Theodore Roosevelt. And there is way too much Lincoln love flying around this thread...fidosim
It's ok, I kind of dislike him myself.
What a surprise from you, FRITZ!
:P
Probably Teddy Roosevelt, though from a personal standpoint I quite like Andrew Jackson. CrimzonTide
The whole Indian relocation pre-trail of tears thing and economic depression as a result of his actions bring Jackson down in my mind.

The mere fact that he participated in multiple duels, and that he killed a guy called Charles Dickins with no repercussions makes him an incredible person, if not a great President.

They had every opportunity to go over to Europe and take control of it? I'm tempted to pull out the "LOL WUT" pear. And I never said Jackson was a bad President, just not perfect, maybe decent. He did increase executive power which was very important.
