Well the fire will take some time to reach the upper floors so I'd use that time to just sneak into the deserted higher floors and just open up anything I can. Drawers, closets, rooms; just out of curiosity.

Since I am gonna die and no one will ever tell me anything about searching things since.... I am gonna die, I guess thats what I'd do. I am a curious person anyway.

I might be wrong , but it doesn't seem like the building is in any immediate danger of imploding, so I guess I would wait on top of the building until planes are used to put out the fire, and then I'd jump down :D
