Pretty incredible story, and must have been one big shock to her.

7 Months pregnant and she thought she had put on a little weight? I know some women don't quite blow up to the size most expect but come on.

Why would someone who is 7 months pregnant decide to fight in a war zone? This is not the first time I've heard of 'unknown pregnancies'.

7month is a month or two away from delivery

I've heard of women who didn't know they were pregnant until they go into labor, but 99.999% of those women are slightly below the physical requirements that the military has in place.

I'd believe it if she were obese and in her late 40's. I don't believe it when she's fit and in her early 20's.

I would have to agree. I'm not saying I know why she would join the army, but not noticing you've missed a bunch of periods is a little misleading. Especially since all women say it's such an annoyance.

Don't they have medical exams in the Army these days to check for these types of things?

Not really, unfortunately. There's a show called "I didn't know I was pregnant", and it's in its' 4th season right now. For every dipstick they feature on the show, there's probably 40 more just like them.

You should know by now that OT likes to bash the US and especially the US military. You should also know by now that people like to post without actually reading the first post or anything in it to ensure that they know what they are talking about.

Looks like she was a war/combat junkie, didn't want to be removed from the fight cause of her pregnancy.

Sorry but if it was like 3 months tops not knowing you're pregnant I can see that, but 7 months.....yeah that's a complete lie

Sorry, I don't buy it. I think she just wanted to be in the Army rather than be at home or something.

You can't be that young and that fit, and not realise you're pregnant. 7 months without a period - you can't miss that.

How could she NOT know it's a flippin' kid inside of her? I mean, you don't gain weight in the shape of a pregnant belly.. I can understand an already obese woman wouldn't notice it, if she was heavy enough, but she's a soldier for cripes sake.
