I see 20 posts per page, and 20 threads per page. I use the dark colored theme.
50 topics, 50 posts, and dark theme. I always had 10 posts per page since I joined over 7 years ago, but I only just very recently changed to 50 per page. A bit more scrolling.....but less changing pages.

I don't know. These are the defaults and I've always just stuck with them. However, I do know that I clearly prefer the dark theme over the white one, since it's white when I'm logged out.
