I was driving home from Auburn, Alabama, when I came across this.
This was one a road next to the highway about 10 miles north of Birminham. I can't think of any reason why they would have to be this specific in a speed limit.

Well, maybe 25 mph stopped up traffic, but 30mph seemed too fast, so they bumped it up 2 mph so people could run the speed limit +5, and not surpass 30mph too bad, therefore keeping traffic flow safely around 30 mph, instead of 30-35 mph??
