Who came up with that idea for a toy, and why did enough people in the company accept it to start producing it?

A law suit is too extreme though, people will go to court over anything.

i dont think it should be an issue. why buy something for your kid then sue cuz it looks like a dong? just take it away from your kid if they suggest that it might look like something they should'nt know about. Parents these day.....L>A>M>E.
