Someone placed a box of dead crabs on top my trashbin.

What can I do? Isn't throwing away dead crabs illegal? Why would some random person be lazy and decide to place a box of dead crabs on someone else's property(trash bin)?

I want to call the animal control people, but I don't think they cover dead crabs. I know this topic is silly, but I'm very disappointed.

I think in mafia lore, if someone received or found a dead fish at their doorstep, it means someone is going to kill you. If you got dead crabs, someone is REALLY gonna make you suffer I assume.
