What's your thoughts on this guys?
"The website rants about how deeply offended it is that Mohammed was portrayed in a bear suit in theSouth Parkepisode."

I reckon they should lighten up. To the poster who said that he was shown uncensored before, is this showing the prophet Muhammed suddenly a new, chic way to get offended or something? Surely if it was written in ancient scripture then they would have been offended by now?
News like this makes me ashamed to be a Muslim sometimes. >__>ghoklebutter
And posts like yours make me hopeful that bigots will stop branding all muslims terrorists.
they got what they wanted, attention.FuhgeddaboudittIf they were seeking attention they would do even more outlandish things. This is just the way the operate the show and have for 14 seasons now.
Bravo South Park! now it's time to show Mohammed uncensored, pff what are those people going to do? :lol:6_volts
Uh, you're kidding, right?
I believe the last time he was shown was before 9/11. They actually referenced the episode quite a bit in this past one. The whole point that Matt and Trey like to make is that they go show tons of deities doing some reprehensible things but they cant show Muhammad doing such a mundane thing as walking on the street.I reckon they should lighten up. I love seeing how insanely stupid these guys are, somehow missing that this is exactly what Trey Parker and Matt Stone are making fun of them for. They are truly blinded by their hatred.
Oh man, I hope they reference this in some way in the next episode.SaintLeonidasthe next episode is a continuation of the this past one. So, itll only get worse. We will also get to find out who Cartman's dad is! lol

Thats what I was going to say...[QUOTE="6_volts"]Bravo South Park! now it's time to show Mohammed uncensored, pff what are those people going to do? :lol:weezyfbthey have actually shown the prophet before.
The episode is called Super Best Friends. No one cared that Mohammed was shown in it though, I guess because it was before 9/11. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.
You're correct. They didn't have a problem with it back then.Oh and guys here is Muhammad from an episode in Season 3 (Not positive, correct me if wrong):

Hmm, they might do something or not, the sad thing is South Park makes fun of EVERYONE and if some people can't handle it then it shows how stupid they are.How tiresome. These extremists really need to get over themselves, take the stick out and stop living in some fantasy where they own the world with their backwards and outdated concepts of how life really is.
I've seen my religion, Christian Catholic, poked fun of many times and I don't care. Got to laugh sometimes or you go mad, these extremists seem to want everyone to never laugh and instead be boring losers who cower from just living life.
Life's too short to be demanding everyone to be the same as mad extremists.
I'd actually like to have something happen to them. I love them, but jeez, they can really take it too far sometimes... :?JustPlainLucasI agree with this. It gets to the point where they're just trying to push the envelope for the sake of it.

What's wrong with that? They are trying to make a point and these people are proving them right.

If anything you should disagree with what networks allow on tv nowadays. If it weren't for South Park, there probably wouldn't be a Family Guy, Jackass, etc.

How? They have always made fun of everyone and everything. I think it's stupid these Muslim extremists think Mohammand is off limits for jokes.

Don't theaten someone with death if they insult your God, you, gods, etc. Hopefully Trey and Matt won't end up like the Danish cartoonist who had to hide due to multiple threats.
Says in that link that they arentthreateningthem but are warning them of what could happen to them
pete_merlin
Isn't that a threat?

911 happened and things will never be the same.I laughed when I saw that they got pissed about Muhammad being dressed up in a bear suit. It means they must have been watching at some point. Its always funny until your the one who gets made fun of, eh?
They need to get of their pretend world and realize that everybody does not follow Islam and conform to their ideology. Frankly, giving out death threats whenever someone insults Islam is no way to go about convincing anybody that it is the religion of peace, let alone a religion that will lead to salvation.
There are multiple instances in the Quran which describe how one must be patient in the face of adversity and it is disheartening when people such as this resort to death threats first instead of having a proper dialogue all "in the name of Islam."
