You're kidding right? I mean I'm not saying that Spidey wouldn't win, but Tony Stark is WAY more intelligent. WAY more. Like Reed Richards smart.

Tony Stark does not pull off a smart person very well. He's a playboy, which are smart socially but usually fail miserably in science and technology.

Without a doubt Iron man would whoop spider man. Spider man is a tough guy, impressive gymnastics and what not, but it wont count for much against Stark's intelligence and suit.

What? It was my belief that Bruce Banner is supposedly the smartest person in the Marvel Universe. I thought the asian kid was the smartest since he can process information faster than anyone else ever. Also, I could swear Tony Stark is smarter than Reed Richards. But if I am wrong, thanks for correcting me.

After looking into it. You are correct. But I could have swore Banner was smarter than Richards. And I am not counting the villains who are intelligent, only the good guys.
