Staying in shape, working out, etc.

While some people are blessed with not needing to work out, I have a tendency to balloon if I go a while without working out. Earlier this year I got back into martial arts, and since January I've managed to lose 27 lbs (~12.25kg). Unfortunately, not having martial arts classes over the summer has resulted in putting 5 lbs (~2.3kg) back on, so I went with a friend of mine to the gym, resulting in a lot of soreness after biking, workout machines, freeweights, ab bench + medicine ball, and swimming. Hopefully next month more than just 3 people will sign up for martial arts classes.What do you all do to work out?

I am guessing you have no job, studies or family to take care of?

Nope. :D It's summer so... yeah :P I've tried to get a job, but there aren't any. When I do go back to school, I'll have my home gym set up so nothing will change.

I go gym 4 times a week, i thought i was committed. But you have inspired me to do more!!
