I have had bison meatloaf and it was rather good. Rather tasty even. I have had alligator and it is good. I have had it fried and yakitori sty|e and it was great (my brother knew the owner of the restaurant that served it).

Medium.

I like a little blood. But no raw and wriggly.

Rare.

Medium rare, just a little bit of pink. Damn I love steak, especially the Keg.

Medium and nothing else.

I don't know how you can guys can eat squishy, pink, bloody meat. :cry:Hexagon_777

1. Olive oil

2. Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder

3. 3 min per side on BBQ high heat

Outside crispy inside med rare.

I like mine rare if its a good quality like Filet mignon or koby beef otherwise medium rare.

Medium well done.
