Stop Calling Soda Pop

It's soft drinks goddammit!

It's "pop" in the UK.

How about Poke or Cop?

Ive started calling it pop, just for kicks. No one calls it pop here.

I call it by its brand name like most people.

I call it soda, it's kind of annoying, and definitely annoying when I say soda, and someone says, do you mean pop...

I definitely don't like when people call any kind of soda, coke, like it's just the general term. Some people would actually call sprite, 7 up, orange soda, or anything else coke, as when they really mean soda. That's ridiculous, Coke is the brand, cola is the term they mean I think. But I think cola would be counted as the brown soda, like Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and Coca Cola.

Stop calling soft drinks Soda and Pop. Just let people call there drinks what they want to call them. Its not your concern.

EDIT: Also we don't really call them soft drinks...We just ask for the drink, i.e. I want a coke,etc.

Fizzy drinks would refer to coke, pepsi, dr pepper ect. But fizzy water is an actual product.

I hate it when I go to a resturaunt and I say "Can I get a coke" and they say "Is a pepsi ok?" That annoys me.

the taste of Pepsi has changed which I have noticed. I barely drink it anymore since it tastes different.

The only pop that I buy and drink are

Mello yello, Coke, Dr Pepper, Shurfine Dr Wow, Sunkist, A & W Root Beer, Barq's Root Beer and Coke Zero
