I've never had summer reading from school, but I've been reading the complete works of Edgar Allen Poe for awhile now, and I hope to finish it this summer. Its pretty great stuff, I'd recommend it if anyone is interested in his writings.

I don't have anything for school that I need to read... but I picked up 14 towards the end of April, and I've finished 4 of them.

The Canterbury Tales, 'Tis, A Reporter's Life, The Iraq Study Group Report.

MattUD1

Canterbury Tales is an incredibly long book, but a good one that is.

I don't have anything to read for school either, but I am voluntarily reading Summer Crossing by Truman Capote.

"The Cat In The Hat" was an interesting take on the subtle mind of a pedophile.

I'm reading Dick Masterson's "Men>Women" right now. It's not very good at all, to be honest. I find his radio stuff and his website hilarious but the book just isnt at all funny.

We have to read Animal Farm for next year. I loled when I found out, because I had read it previously for an assignment where you chose your own book to do a report on. Only like 130 pages too. :P

To be honest, I kinda cheated a little by having a translation.
