Justice League superman is not included, nor is the original version from the late 30s to the early 50s. Any other version is just an unfair fight. Here is a comparison.
Superman:
-100% invunlerable to everything that isn't magic or from kyrpton
-No speed limit as well as no limit to how much force he can hit you with
-Master of 28 galaxies worth of information including fighting arts
-Doesn't need air, water, food, or sleep. Everything he needs to survive is provided by the sun of a yellow or blue color
-Infinite endurance.
-Breaks the laws of the universe, he can fly billions of times faster than light speed and not wreck the earth or universe, he can speak in space and time travel
-Reaction time has no limits
Greatest Feats:
-lifting 4 quadrillion tons in a sickly state nowhere near 100% ( most weight ever stated that he can lift ) but has chained planets together and towed them, as well as closing a black hole with his bare hands.
-Flying so fast around earth that it stops and turns the other way, then flys back the right way and sets is perfectly back into sync.
-sitting inside the hottest known stars for fun and when he is bored ( his suit doesnt even burn or take any damage, goku would fry even at ssj4 )
-Flying from earth to another galaxy and back before lois can blink
Goku:
-A mortal saiyan with incredibly powerful Ki energy, but vulnerable to virtually anything more powerful than him: IE suns and stars, extreme cold, lava ( broly couldnt handle lava, he is stronger than ssj2 )
-May be able to move at light speed in short bursts during a fight, but cannot fly nearly that fast, Instant Transmission to other places with a Ki signature. Instant travel anywhere, but needs to lock onto a place to IT to before actually going.
-Master of a few earthly fighting arts and otherworld. Still didn't do very well against SSJ2 majin Vegeta who is a master of many more styles than him. So otherworld training isn't so great, he still gets his butt kicked often.
-Is limited by his Ki and power level at the time, which limits his physical power, speed. Cannot maintain SSJ2-3 for extended periods of time, as he stated it burns too much energy off too quickly, after a short time, he can pass out from exhaustion.
Greatest Feats:
-with a power level of 120, you can blow up the moon with a Ki attack, goku has a power level in the 100s of millions if not billions at ssj3-4
-flying fast enough to destroy cities in his wake ( cell did it, so goku can too im sure )
Superman vs goku is an unfair fight and only fanboys who dont know anything about superman say goku would win. You cannot beat someone physically who is invulnerble with no speed limits, and who is a much better fighter than goku can ever dream to be.
