No, usually guys over 6' are fine with where they're at, and sometimes even want to be shorter. I am 6'3, and I wouldn't complain about being 6'1. I am inconveniently tall in some situations.

Haha, perhaps. He weights almost as much as I do a foot taller (I am 162 lbs). I guess being short has its perks, like the motivation to stay healthy (naw, I'm not that bad, I'm rather in shape and tone, but I have no desire to be ripped like a football player).

I'm about 6'1, but if i was 6'5+ I'd be guarenteed to play D1 when i go to college. Alas, my dna hates me :(

Basketball is a tall man's game. I was 6'1 my senior year of HS (grew in college more), and could only be a point guard, and this was in a high school of less than 200 people. But everyone in Indiana is just so damn tall...

I'm good (6'1) ...any taller and it will be hard(er) to find clothes that fit ...don't want to be shorter If I had to choose though, I would go with taller

What I don't like is how young I look. I'm 19 and combined with my height I probably look like a 13 year old. It is ESPECIALLY annoying when at a restaurant or wherever the waiter when asking for the order or when giving me my food calls me "buddy", like I'm some little kid.

Hate to double post but I saw this reply after I posted.
I am 21, 5'4 as I mentioned in my other post, and I get confused for being 13 (and yes I have been told I looked 13 a few times this year).
I feel your pain man. Will be awesome later in life though!
