Why would anyone not pick tasered? Pepper spray takes hours to wear off and there is now way to ease the pain,(it's funny because people always try water, but that actually makes it worse), and being shot in the kneecap may never heal properly, meanwhile a taser shot hurts for five seconds, and then you are completely fine, with no lasting side efects easy choiceLS07
Between June 2001 and June 2007, there were at least 245 cases of deaths of subjects soon after having been shocked using Tasers (wikipedia).
And it's definitely not good for those with heart problems.

Have you seen that video of the guy that got shot in the groin with a taser, that would NOT be fun.
Well I don't know? Experience a painful shock that lasts a split second, have painful spray in my eyes for a few minutes, or lose the ability to walk properly for the rest of my life?
This is hard...

Try reading everything, or at least the sentence right after "The fact that a death occurred following use of a taser does not necessarily indicate the taser was the cause of death or even a contributing factor"

You wanted to know "Why would anyone not pick tasered?"
My point is that someone with heart problems would probably not pick "tasering" out of those 3 options.
Taser. Everytime I seeA cop I ask him/her to taser me. I want to know what it feels like from a first person perspective.cornlockes
I own a taser, and have been tasered... Its not a pleasant feeling. You pretty much lose all control of the area of your body being tasered and your muscles spasm like crazy causing some intense pain, but I've never felt any long term pain from it lol. Me and my friends tasered each other one night when we were all drunk.
