Well then a caveman would have a better idea than you. What do you suppose we do with worthless people like this? Let them sit in jail and waste tax dollars? Send him to therapy and take up tax dollars? He's a drain on society and a sorry excuse of a human being. What positive purpose could he possibly serve in any capacity? There are certain people that don't belong in society, they just take it too far and should cease to be...this guy is one of them, giving a child a STD is just beyond sick, beyond demented. I'm all for the death penalty in such a case, but it won't happen, he'll just be another drain on taxes and society.
