This to i agree with, but still i just dont think that he should be able to live and given a chance of any repentence, thats horrible of me to say but if that was my sister/family member i couldnt even imagine the emotion. Hell yes he should! I know there isn't a death penalty everywhere, but here in the US, it's a life for a life, and in my opinion, that's how it should be. Not to mention that the death is unusually cruel and sickening (not that that really effects the punishment) and anyone who does that deserves to be killed.

And on another note, I can't even imagine what would desire you to hate someone so much to the point where you would light them on fire. Nothing like that has ever even crossed my mind.
