It's not an uncommon tactic in Afghanistan. They were doing autopsies and examinations of failed bombers. They found a sizable percentage that they examined were mentally impaired in some way. It seems they've just picked up that tactic in Iraq.

Wow, that's messed up down there. These kinds of things make me appriciative towards being a free American citizen.
It takes some really horrific acts to make a mentally capable suicide bomber blowing up innocent civilians seem slightly less horrific when comparing them.
I can't help but wonder what the people are thinking. I mean I know they're terrorists and all but you'd think one or two of them has some shred of humanity in them and at least thinks to himself "I duno, maybe this is going a bit too far. Using mentally handicap people...come on."
It is no wonder some tribes in the south have turned against these guys.
Why does this surprise anyone? I watched a bunch of beheading videos last week and for a human beings to behead another is a sign they are indeed not human at all. There was one video from Afghanistan of 20 or so people being executed and it started with a woman who was blindfolded and her shirt was up so you could see her breast and they proceeded to cut her head off but stop half way and I swear to God she was screaming threw her neck, as long as I live I will never forget that noise she made. All in the name of God we should nuke them all and let God sort them out. Sorry if my graphic description sickens anybody but this is the world we live in where life is cheap and humans act like animals sorry worse then animals and this story prove this.

The judgment of a suicide bomber might be questionable, but in this case the people used seemed to be seriously mentally handicap in a manner that lead people to believe that they probably couldn't even appreciate what they were doing or were being used for.
