I am kind of concerned, it's not spherical (fully round)

If it's from the side, it's oval and if it's from the top, it's still oval as well.

dude u dont have to tell them.  tell them when u went to the bath room u need to see a doctor and when u talk to the doctor u can tell him but ask him not to tell.  anyway this fapping is what i think it is right>>??  if it is there is evidenceto suggest it actually reduces chance of testicular cancer anyway.  not that i believe in it being good but yeah.  also there are a number of things it could be.  the hurting could easily be irritation from a lump caused by a vericose vein or a clogged sperm tube.  these are both possibilities i found out from my doctor when i developed a lump.

Before, I was worried, but it hurt a bit above the thing, like bottom stomach. So I went to doctor, he said it might be hernia or a blood vessel and should just go away soon. But...my parents would think I do have some problems when I will go there for 2nd time about the fap thing even though I won't tell him.

But the fact I want to know..........I was worried about this because I thought it might be related to faping.......so is it? Thanks.

Well the aching is stopping and there are no "peaks". It's round. But...it said to be betweem 19-35 --> I am 14.

If your really worried just see a doctor. Though your probably making a big deal out of nothing.

I highly doubt you have testicular cancer at the age of 14.

I am sorry. But I never wanted to watch that video where the guy explained about the testacular cancer. He said if the shape isn't perfectly smooth, it could be cancer. I can barely breathe, I am scared. Because they aren't. And it's been lightly panful there when I walked. What do you think I should do? Please help.
