seriously., much much better. the charecters are more believable. although, I wish that their were punk rock girls who actually looked like that, usually they just look like MUH

so, neither have entirely believable charecters, but i think 80s pulls it off better

Oh, I completely disagree with you. I thoroughly enjoy watching That '70s Show, even today.

Never seen that 80's show, but that 70's show screamed of mediocrity, so it wouldn't have to go far to beat it.mattyftm

O.K., there were different international versions of That '70s Show. Since you live in the UK, you may be referring to Days Like These, the British version of the show that lasted for only 13 episodes. The American version lasted for 200 episodes, so it may have been a little better.

The only difference between the 70's & 80's was that back in the 70's roller skates were cool and 8 track tapes were more common than cassete tapes. Plus they had Beta oppossed to VHS.

The only difference between the 80's & 90's was that in the 90's Optical disks were more common than cassetes and optical disks were begining to to replace VHS as well. Skateboards evolved and inline skates replaced traditional roller skates.

People don't change. The FADs do. And I don't know anybody that matched those 70's 80's or 90's profiles. TV shows exagerate things and people take it seriously.

Posers & hipsters always wear queer looking outfits. It never accurately depicts people from that time. My uncle's wardrobe from 40 years ago looks like my current wardrobe. Just because some people dressed like douchebags back then doesn't mean everybody did. He had taste, they didn't.

Given what little I know of That 80's Show (because I might have watched it for like 10 minutes once before deciding it sucked), I still have to strongly disagree...
