I don't think I've ever met someone who had a problem with Romney because he's a mormon. If I met that person I'd probably slap them, though. What a silly thing to have a problem over.

Also makes me think that it's slightly more likely that he's a troll, but there's a lot of people on that internet. His . . . surprisingly excellent use of English surprised me the most about him.
TBH, I think it's just sad that faith plays any role at all in an election.

All else being equal, I'd rather have a president who makes use of critical thinking and reason rather than faith. Religion does not preclude someone from using critical thinking and reason. :|

pretty much this. It's not like evangelical christians make up that much of the population, and nothing says "Compromise on your values" like people simultaneously telling you to love and treat everyone the same unless of course they are gay. In other words voting for a Mormon isn't that tough of a choice for them.

Dude was a good wordsmith who could cleary write. Sometimes he brought up good points, although more often than not he looked like a total idiot, and yet his writing and coherency were still damn good.
I could never figure out whether he was a legitimate troll or not. I tend to lean towards him actually believing alot of what came out of his mouth.

Part of being a Mormon is that an overarching goal is to achieve a worldwide Mormon theocracy. It seems that Romney being the President of America is the first step to achieving their goal.
