I changed my name from JAMIEcatman to Jim Jam Catman on xbox live and now I love playing Halo and everyone has names like xxxtoxiiiiicsniperZ or Predator f12 or whatever and my name just sticks out. I love it :)

One of the best user-names I have found to be funny at the time was someone by the name of Dumbass. That might seem like a plain name but on the MMO I play, the word ass is pleept out (like ***). So I found it funny how it could be used as a name but not in chatting. But another funny thing about it is that in the game there are things called 'random events' and one of them is called the evil chicken, when it shows up, it will start attacking a certain player and this certain player just so happened to be Dumbass so the evil chicken would say stuff like "Be gone Dumbass" "Fear me, Dumbass" or something like "You dare attack me, Dumbass?" lol.

Also people kept on making fun of my username on that game which was "Mr._Gumball" And they were taking it like that name was perverted or something which it wasn't (I thought of the name when I was 10, when I didn't even know what preverted meant, also I've been playing the game for 6 years now)so earlyer this year I changed it to Randomcliff.

I encountered a guy on Xbox Live named BrotisserieChicken (or something along those lines) and I was positively flabbergasted. I don't think I was prepared for the sheer awesomeness of that name.

On Halo, I used to be known as 'his fatness' so every time I killed someone, it would say they were killed by their fatness. :P

I encountered a guy named "Your Mom" and another one named "Your dad" while playing modernwarfare Everytime they killed me I got a message saying You got killed by your mom You got killed by your dadDarthkaiser

Back in my Quake1 days one of my teammates names was "his own mom". So the killspam would be hillarious. "br0kenrabbit rode his own mom's rocket".

Used to play a text-MUD in the early 90's and there was a player named Jesus who only wrote in spanish (I don't know more than a few words) who did nothing but ressurect people. Seriously, that's all he did.

In Ultima Online a guildie had the name "password". His story was he was drunk when he created the account and got the login and password fields mixed up. His Hotmail and site accounts were immediately hacked after relating that story to us.

The best name I've seen recently was gayweeddad69. Absurd.

I played a game of Halo Reach with a guy named "ooooh guurl", definitely my favourite by far haha
