yes, but only because i have heard of missionaries telling their flocks in africa that america is trying to give them aids, that the condoms already have aids in them. firebubbles
That's one of the saddest things I've ever heard....seriously what's wrong with people?

That's one of the saddest things I've ever heard....seriously what's wrong with people?

no clue. when i heard that at the lecture i was speechless. i had no idea that they were that against birth control that they would flat out lie to church members. especially after people are trying so hard to educate people on how aids is spread. *shakes head*

well abstinence is the only method that is 100% effective to not contract any stds.

Yes, because lots of poor and ignorant people in Africa and South America listen to them blindly. All this happening because Karol Wojtyła wouldn't listen to the experts HE hired that told him the use of condoms and counterconceptives was okay. Most people are too weak to practice abstinence, the catholic church should be more pragmatic.jm4847
