Yeah, I think it was easier for me to identify with the characters on screen for some reason. The problem I had with the book was that, though it was very well written and could potentially be fantastic, I had trouble identifying with the main characters (I talked with my Dad, who read and loved the book, a while back and said he identified heavily with the main character, so I think you may have to be a parent to really appreciate the book).

That's good to hear. I take it Viggo Mortensen was good? I'm currently reading Blood Meridian. I'm about 50 pages in. I think I'm finally adapting to his writing style.[QUOTE="chessmaster1989"][QUOTE="sammyjenkis898"]

Also I saw a preview for Sherlock Holmes... I'm not sure what to think, besides that it's not at all what the character is supposed to be like.
I was disappointed with the Sherlock Holmes trailer. It doesn't really look like..Sherlock Holmes.sammyjenkis898
No, it really doesn't. It looks like a fun movie, but not at all Sherlock Holmes.
Well...
1. iPod Touch, preferably the one with the highest gig

Hmmm, if I manage to get enough money from Christmas and my Birthday, I might get Windows 7 as well.

Not what I meant At my school, you can buy programs and OS on the cheap...like $10...they have a licensing agreement with Microsoft -all sorts of math, engineering, art programs...anything you can think of[QUOTE="DJ-Lafleur"][QUOTE="rawsavon"] You can't get it from your college?rawsavon
