Well the end of television is tonight at 9 on HBO, the series finale of The Wire. Believe me when I say we will never be blessed with television programming such as this for the rest of our lifetime. Who's partaking in this event?

im actually not that big a fan of the wire, to me television ended with six feet under (seriously, best series fanale ever)

yes,the infamy of this day will live forever,on the bright side a box set of all the dvd's will come out evntually......right?

it is the best show that no one ever heard of. Seriously,i would urge you to at least see the first season on dvd.

There will be sports televised 'til the end of TV, which won't happen, so I'll be alright.

ive heard of the show but never really watched it, it looked like it would be nice to watch but i always had something on the go when the show was on, series finale's are always sad, usually because if a show makes it that far then it has to be good
