I don't know how anyone would prefer to be in a room with pinhead over others, seriously lol. The other guys are no different that normal people in the world with machetes/knives etc. I don't recall there ever being any rediculously terrifying out of the norm deaths from any of those, other than Freddy. Getting sucked into your own bed and grinded up is pretty nasty, but nothing compared to pinhead. Michael and Jason would just stab you. Quick and easy.

Seriously though... Keeping to the list, I'd have to go with Freddy Krueger. I've heard Robert Englund's Freddy laugh in RL, and it's genuinely chilling.

No, he's horrible compared to other. That's what people are saying. The poll is the one you'd LEAST want to be in a room with. Also, the movies don't contain that much killing (well the first one doesn't) read the book and watch the first movie. Both great.
