Watched the movie afew days ago with freinds and I LOVED it. honestly for me its not so much shock horror/gore porn as much psychological horror. throughout the movie me and my freinds just kept talking about what we would do in that situation. even after the film i couldnt help but think about it and get sickend...

also i loved the ending, one of the most depresing and terrifying things ever

I interpreted that comment as sarcasm.

Though I could be wrong.

Throughout the production process Tom Six stated that his intention to create a film that was 100% medically accurate, consulting a surgeon during the creation and filming process.Six claimed that while initially reluctant to take part in the film because of professional reputation, after reading the script, the surgeon consulted took a very strong interest in the procedure, devising a method that he believed would work in real life. Six claims that by using anIV dripto supplement the diet of the middle and back parts, the centipede would be able to survive for years.

It makes you wonder how much credibility the surgeon actually has.

But it's pretty much a sick doctor making a human centipede by using three people and conneccting them through head to anus.

My initial image of that - a person with a really tall torso and 6 arms. Realisation - a salad tossing conga line.
