Some problems with this conspiracy theory: how would these people be able to maintain this power for so long? such oligarchies in history almost invariably end in a bloody revolt. Also, this would be incredibly difficult to accomplish. How many secret rulers of the world are we talking? because even 3 or 4 would get pretty messy very soon.

things were interpreted differently when the dollar was designed, they may not have seen the term new world order the same way we do.

A lot of video games deal with time travel, a dystopia or the end of the world. I personally dont like games like that, there too dark and depressing for me.
