Strangely, I'm not bothered at all when other people use it. I just feel weird when I use it myself.C*nt is one of my favorite words; aesthetically it's easily the best insult in the English langauge.
How people get up in arms (particularly women) when it's used only makes me like it more.

I gotta admit, I've always found it a little unappealing when someone uses it in anger towards another in that sort of way. But yeah, depending on who you talk to, it's not entirely uncommon for someone to randomly drop the word in normal conversation (I know I have), particularly from those in the blue-collar working class.
