The Internet is Another Universe

I saw this pic that could represent is a portion of the internet (I think it is like 0.001% of the interenet) today and thought to myself is the internet as big as the universe?

So what do you guys think? Is the internet at a comparable size of the universe, and can it even be considered as a universe in a sense of the word. Just wanna know what you guys would think.

Maybe it could be considered a sub universe, as everyone on it is a persona being controlled by a larger being(people and computers). Kind of like the real universe.
