My avs are fairing pretty well, it's a wonder what amazing goaltending will do for a team. Grrr, they are losing to the dumb Wings right now at home though.
It is quite sad they're going 0-7 and but at the beginning of the season no one had even expected them to do good. I was anticipating it, but I still watch most of their games, or atleast the ends, just to see if they maybe do win.

Is it ok to be happy the leafs are losing? I predicted this rebuild would result in nothing because Brian Burke doesn't know how to build a team from the ground up and through the draft. I'm glad he's proving it to me so far by tossing away two solid 1st round draft picks(especially when he could have let it remain a 1st, a 2nd and a 3rd) for Kessel(who's a great player, but still...). He's picked up some decent FA talent out of college, and Europe, but his roster is filled with plugs taking the places those kids should be playing in. I feel bad for Toskala, how can youplay confidently when that team is in front of you? I hope they trade him and he takes a team on a playoff drive :P
Forget the Leafs, they are gonna be bad for another 2 years atleast. Its all about the Raptors now, they took down Cleveland last night. Im expecting a 5 or 6 place finish in the east and going to the second round atleast.

Best decision ever :D That Chiarelli dude seems very much on the up and up. yeah, i didnt like the idea of giving up kessel at first but we were going to lose him anyway so im glad we got a lot for him. plus we've drafting well recently, so we could really make those picks count.
