Honestly, the best solution to the YLYL issue would be to create a "Funny Images" sticky where you post funny images, and if your post doesnt have a picture in it then it would get deleted and you would get infracted. It would stop the massive image quoting, the needless bumps, and it would allow people to find a funny thread when they need one.Mousetaches
