From perfect voice acting to excellent sound effects, the best animated movie ever IMO.

The amount of morals lion king possess's is huge, it teaches kids about death, and the background music for some of the parts capture the emotion for the moment.

Scar was simply an excellent antagonist with the best voice acting for his part.

I have great feelings of animosity towards that film and I feel it was the first bad movie they made after Disney recomitted themselves to animation and had a nice string of engaging hits. But as long as you like it...enjoy!

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was greater than any other kids show or movie, hahahaha. But beyond that, Lion King was cool and so was Dumbo and Mary Poppins - totally a classic.

It even has subliminal messages in it. For only a couple frames you could see the letters SFX in a cloud of dust in the air. SFX was apparently the company who helped with the sound or something. This is of of course commonly known as the SEX clouds, as some people claim it spells sex rather than SFX. Either way, pretty cool.

It's really sad. Ever since Toy Story was released, Disney has seemed to have lost their magical touch in animation. Now every year we get a new 3D movie that will just be "OK" or just some direct to video sequel of a Disney Classic.

It was a little too "out there" for me, even when I was a little kid. I'm sure there is a lot of symbolism, but still I rather just watch Captain Hook get eaten by a crocodile. :D

It's pretty hard making humans look like animals. Although the Hyenas were excellent. Rafiki was hilarious though and she had an amazing voice.
