The Mavs are going to The Finals!

The Mavs did it!

They beat the OKC Thunder 4-1 in a late 4th Quarter comeback.

The last time the Mavs were in the Finals was in 2006 against The Heat where they Won the first 2 games before losing 4 straight Games.

Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Terry are the only Teammates left from that 2006 Mavs Team.

So now that the Mavs are in the Finals and The Heat are looking to close out the Bulls,who do you think will bring home the Trophy?

I want Dallas to win. I'm from Ohio but I'm not a Cavs fan I just think what Lebron did was selfish, greedy, etc.

as a lakers fan. i am angry at the mavs

but i also respect them and wish them the best. I actually hope they win. The bulls dont look like they have a chance now, so I am pulling for the mavs. On an individual level, i like the mavs players. Dirk is amazing, chandler is a good defender, i dont know why i like marion but i do, i like jason kidd (he was my favorite player nba 2k9 :P)...

however, i hate jason terry. i know that a lot of players are ***es but jason terry just seems like a super ***. I really hope the mavs win though. I dont like the heat and the bulls are pretty much done.

Im really hoping dallas wins it, i use to be a raptors fan until Bosh left, now they suck , but Dallas is my Fav. Dirk is one of the only big superstars to not have a championship under his belt. He really deserves it and i believe Bosh will have his hands full with dirk as bosh has no perimeter defence.

You're all a bunch of haters. I want the Heat to win and after that, they should have Lebron rub it in everybody's faces in another over-the-top ESPN special. >: D

Oh that's a shame as I traditionally don't want any team from Texas ever to do well, but at least The Celtics aren't going and that's something I suppose. If the Heat finish up their series with the Bulls successfully then I very much hope they take it all as I know it will be that much more painful for the Cleveland fans which will make me happy, but if they don't then the Bulls of course as I think they deserve some winning their way.

Although I'd like The Heat to win that would indeed be something quite epic and amazing to behold. But as awesome as that would be, I would be somewhat afraid that by achieving that The Bulls would be so burnt out by then that The Mavericks would maul them horribly. Still...it would be an amazing comeback and there's certainly no shame in losing in the finals as just getting there is so incredibly difficult.

Indeed, it will be very difficult but until they are actually eliminated I will not pick another team.

I don't really follow the NBA but after all the hype around LeBron's "Decision" and just the Heat in general I would love for them to get swept in the Finals :P

I'm happy they made it, as they were the team I was rooting for in the West. I hope Chicago can come back and win the series, because Miami is one of my most hated teams (even before Lebron came). But if they don't I bet Dalles will give Miami a good challenge, I really hope so anyway.
