Seinfeld, by far the only show in history to have a full 9 seasons of hilarious episode after hilarious episode. I'd say Family Guy too, but some episodes kinda miss the mark.
Kenny vs. Spenny, for the sheer stupidity of it. It's actually not all that consistent but man, some of their episodes have made me laugh harder than at anything else.
I saw someone put Futurama. I would have put it but the second a show makes me want to cry it stops being consistently funny to me. Poor dog :(Ace6301
Yeah seriously, of all the shows ever made Futurama has BY FAR the most depressing episode I have ever seen. I mean seriously, if the ending to the Jurassic Bark episode didn't get you emotional you are just dead inside.
Anyways, Trigger Happy TV was pretty consistently funny as long as you excuse the 3rd season where they brought the show to the US. Robot Chicken however is probably the msot consistently hillarious show I have seen. Every episode is good for laughs.
I would mention Family Guy as #1 but newer seasons have hurt the consistency. The first 3 seasons of Family Guy are absolute gold though and some of the best TV ever.
Malcolm was never funny to me, more about kids being stupid for no reason. I liked Seinfeld, Home Improvement and According to Jim, Modern Family isnt bad.
Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia and How I Met Your Mother come to mind. Scrubs was consistently funny before the newer seasons, and Arrested Development wasn't "haha" funny but still funny

Just got around to watching an episode of this today - great stuff. Ed O'Neill is still freaking awesome. Speaking of...I'd have to say my all-time favorite would be Married...With Children.
I'm kinda surprised so many people are saying It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I really like that show, but it's one of the most inconsistent shows I've ever seen. There will be some episodes where I can't stop laughing and other ones where I won't laugh at all.
Probably The Office for shows currently on, but of all time definitely Arrested Development. AD was hysterically funny every episode of the series, and there was always one joke after another that kept you laughing the entire show. :D
