http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_731I know this has been mentioned before on these boards. But I felt like talking about it again. If you read about some of the things they did to innocent people, it just makes me sick to the stomach. They are truly the sickest group of people in history. I know the Holocaust was terrible and killed millions more people, Unit 731 beats it in sheer brutality. I can't believe this isn't more known. Most textbooks don't even mention it. So my question is, have you heard of them before? What do you think of their 'experiments'? And can you think of any person or group that was more evil?ps There is a Chinese movie about it called the Men Behind the Sun. You can look it up on Youtube. It's very graphic and disturbing.[Edit] I should clarify that I'm not saying the Japanese people are evil. I mean to say that specifically Unit 731 is.

Well apparently you care because you took the time to post something. Also every other response in the topic showed they interest in the matter. Very interesting TC I didn't even know that Unit 731 even existed.

The artificial firestorms that were created by americans during their bombings killed more people than both nukings.

You guys should check out the film Men Behind The Sun, it's a pretty brutal movie about Unit 731

Yeah... It was creepy seeing some people in Hiroshima that are still affected by that event but I must say I was impressed how well they rebuilt the city. I'd recommend it to anybody visiting Japan. For sure check out the Hiroshima museum that deals with the nuke.
