I tend to avoid watching gory movies and with that in mind (and for the sake of picking something different) I'll say that David Lynch's Rabbits is pretty ****ed up.
(semi-spoiler of the "movie", if it can be called that):
...and it manages to be without any display of violence whatsoever.
Irreversible was disturbing. The Fly is also one.Just looking on IMDb today and I found this. Just reading the parental advisory stuff makes me wanna puke. Apperantly actors and animals were actually killed making this instead of using special effects.

I found Wolfman to be quite disturbing. I actually sat through the whole thing with my eyes closed and my hands over my face.
The Hills Have Eyes. I watched it for the first time tonight. It's pretty ****** up when
the mutant people burn the dad, rape the daughter, then kill the older sister all in one scene.
It really got to me... very disturbing

Same. Also in the second one when they find a guy in the poop part of the outhouse. :P
Red Dragon. I remember seeing it with my sister and her friends when it came out and I basically told them halfway through I was going out to the arcade in the theatre to play around. I really didn't want to watch that any more.
No actors were killed - that's an urban legend that's been attached to a large number of films.

I don't watch a whole lot of shock movies, but Hostel was pretty disturbing. I regret watching it, actually.
Hostel did it for me too. Dont think ill be wanting to watch anything like that again anytime soon.Hostel is basically a simulated snuff film.

I've seen it before. No actors were killed (although it honestly looks real), but plenty of animals were killed.
