A long time ago, I watched a horrific motorcycle accident. A kid came flying out of the main gate of the Naval Training Station in Orlando, lost control, went over the handlebars and hit a concrete lighting support head-first. It pushed his head so far down between his shoulders he looked like he'd been decapitated. A guy who tried CPR on him looked like he was drinking the poor fool's blood.

After that, I don't go out of my way to find grotesque videos on the net. I don't need more nightmares to add to the collection. :|

I try my hardest to avoid my morbid curiosity and anything too graphic i won't even attempt. The worst thing i've seen was when a friend send me a link and it showed a teen jumping off some rocks into the water below, but the last time he tried he missed the water and hit his face on the edge of a rock. The video cut to them in a hospital in the surgery room, his face was quadrifurcated. His jaw was split in half, his entire face was wide open and you could see inside him, you could see his tongue in his throat wiggling around and his eyes looking around with fear in them. The doctors were trying to hold the quarters that were his head together while trying to staple or stitch them back in place. Cannot be unseen.FrostyPhantasm

I saw some chick get her leg amputated because it had suffered severe necrosis as a result of her krocodil addiction. I've never seen anything that really turned my stomach like that.
