The new Avenged Sevenfold album "Avenged Sevenfold"

Has anybody bought/torrented it yet?

I had the pleasure of buying this piece of garbage today, and let me tell you, it is awful.

Digitalized voice?

Chicks singing?

TRUMPETS AND BIG BAND MUSIC?

I'm very dissapointed.

is it mnore of the city of evil kinda stuff or is it more screams like their early stuff?

I think it's good for a group to move in new directions. I mean, first they were all like BLARGHHH then they were a little more mellow but still rockin'(The whole City of Evil album is great IMO) and now they are trying new things.What about Linkin Park? They changed, at least IMO. To go back (a bit), what about Korn? Look at them now compared to when they first started. It's a change. Most people don't like change. It's human nature; we get out of our comfort zone. But we just have to accept it and move on. I heard some of it and I liked it. I'm going to buy the CD when I get paid and I think I'll like it. I'm up for change.maa4208

Avenged Sevenfold always sucked.

I doubt their new album will change my mind.

it's terrible. i hate all of their stuff, but this was even worse than their past albums IMO.matrix_hiei

I think it's a brilliant album, they have grown up from their "Sounding The Seventh Trumpet" days.

I hate it when all these kids cry that they don't scream anymore, aw boo-hoo! Get over it, Matt has a kick arse rock voice.

They arent ****ing emo for christs sake!! They are just a hard rock/metal band!
