Not really. Vasectomies, for instance, are a pretty much absolute way to avoid pregnancy while still having sex. Sure failures have been known, but the failure rate is less than 1%. At that point I'd say the arguments are getting rather pedantic.

Even still, general birth control measures like condoms and the pill are near 100% (well, reaching percentages in the upper 90s) effective when used properly.
I didn't dispute that....but you know they aren't 100% so only one way to be sure and that is going without. Which does not mean to the other dude that I think people will either.
