This isn't the first time I've made the Queen the sole subject of one of my things. I'd link you to the first, but I'm far too lazy. Anyway, this one just shows the Queen ruling the kingdom after my death. She's sad because I'm dead. There's really not much I can say about this other than it was a bit hard to edit this, given that the original had two thrones. I know that I could've left it there to drive the point further home that I'm dead and she's alone, but one throne is just cooler. You usually see one throne more than you see two.I

Mine is a picture of my favorite vocalist (and something of an idol I guess) Anneke Van Giersbergen. She worked with the band The Gathering (Who's style went from Atmospheric Metal, to Trip Rock with Experimental tendencies, spanning genres like Grunge, Post Rock, Electronic and many more.) for many years before leaving to start another band (Agua De Annique) with her husband, so she can work closer to her family. She has a truly mindblowing voice, I'm never disappointed by her work.

Being a DOS fan, there are many icons I could have chosen. However, my picture of the Chex Quest soldier won over the rest.

Chex Quest is simply something that stays in heart. It never dies; It is a memory that cannot be killed. Coming home from Safeway with a brand new game...and a box of cereal...It's priceless. Since the Chex Quest soldier will never truly leave, it represents my quest of making sure that DOS games as a whole will never be forgotten also.

It also shows that I am hardcore--No DOS n00b would have Chex Quest as there avatar. Also, I love his expression.
