I haven't read the book, and if it is anything like the movie it would be a terrible book. The movie is one of my favorites, but its book form would be horrible. The game comes in at second with solid beat em up action.

Are you afraid of literature or something? Book adaptions are able to flesh out more plot and detail.
I know the book is COMPLETELY different than the movie is, but I haven't read it yet. I really want to get to it sometime though (I'm currently reading Watchmen and it's AMAZING. Definitely recommended).
