I heard of this one. Don't know if it is appropriate so I'll put it in spoilers.

[spoiler] Okay so this girl was sitting on the top of her fridge. Yes her fridge. She was umm... doing it with a broom on the top of the fridge. Don't ask why. She thought she heard someone coming so she jumped off, but didn't remove the broom. So from what I understand it ripped through and went through her body killing her. WORST WAY TO DIE: set on fire while 10 feet above the arctic ocean with no clothes on.

BEST WAY TO DIE: suffocated by boobs.

I did that same thing when I heard it.

To me, it would be chocking on your own vomit.

Either that or the illness that causes Carbon Dioxide to build up in ones bloodstream (can't remember the name). Either of them suck, really.
