There's a big lump on my face.

On my chin to be precise. WTF is this?? I thought it was a spider bite, but it has't shrunk in like 13 hours, is it some type of ultra zit? The skin above the lump looks normal, there's no whitehead or anything so I doubt it's an ultra zit, any ideas, have any of you have this mysterious lump on your chin appear? It's kind of scary.

Not really. I tried driving a sewing needle into my chin but all that happened was that it bled. I have some ice on it right now to see if that will help.

It's just a pus build-up on your chin. It should go away within a day or two, and it can be popped if you try hard enough. If you do end up popping it, it won't leave a mark, the chin heals pretty quickly.Blood-Scribe

all i can say is, don't worry about it, there's no way in hell it's permanent.

without a good description or a picture, it's impossible to diagnose it. It could be one of the following:

-Bug bite
-pimple
-boil
-unusual fat deposit
-tumor
-some other unknown infection

:lol: at ultra zit.

I guess the only thing you can do now is shoot it.

Wow. Some of you guys get REALLY bad ideas... I hope you sterilized that sewing needle before you rammed it in your flesh...Dont try to pop it. That could cause undesired results. Either let it sit for around... id say 3 days before you should be noticing shrinkage, and if it doesnt, Id see a doc.

Perfect cure suggested by Tony Hawk: Get on skateboard. Race down the street. Find a curb of atleast three inches in height. Speed up. Hit it. Dive. Make one helluva face plant that would be perfect YouTube fodder. Hopefully, your instincts are humane enough to consider diving with the chin up.

Results: One f'ed up chin, but the lump should be somewhere inbetween the teeth on the concrete.
