The only time I cried in the past 20 years was the day my mom died.

The reason why I cry now is that allergies cause my eyes to swell up now.
As for in the past, well, having my grandmahaving a heart attack almost got me, but she made it through quite nicely, and there's some Christmas video that got me, PM me if you want to know about it.
[QUOTE="darkodonnie"]What about Donnie Darko?family members/pets dying
in terms of from movies none have made me full-out cry, but a bunch have gotten me close: Across the Universe, The Fountain, Requiem for a Dream, Ikiru, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, and Grave of the Fireflies

[QUOTE="LAZZOR"][QUOTE="moptopskate"]i cried when I was watching Click. It was a surprisingly sad movie!muppet1010
The ending of that movie was actually really sad. I cried during I Am Sam.
yeah... click was a very sad ending actually I almost cried...
I cried, like three times during that movie. That's the only movie that ever made me cry more than once.
Other things I've cried at (I don't really cry, I just get teary-eyed):
1. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie (when Cedric's dad cries over his son's body
2. when somebody who's usually really harsh to me (usually my parents) tells me that they care about me (I DON"T CRY IN FRONT OF THEM, I just get a little teary-eyed. Otherwise, I'd die of embarassment).
3. I don't know about Dobby, Sirius Black, or Dumbledore's death. I think I was just really sad. After Dobby's death, none of the other deaths really meant that much anymore. Like twenty people died right after another, and it was going too fast for me to think about it.
This one movie where the kid was like a midget and retarded something like that and he had his normal friend and he tried to save the kiddies that were drowning on the bus. Ugh I had to leave the room when he was in the hospital.-R3Volation
I remember that movie. It was really sad. Especially when he gets really upset when he's told he doesn't have a special purpose from God, like he thought. I felt so bad for him. I cried when he died, too.

Ah yes I remeber that part, wow feels good knowing I'm not the only one... what was that movie called?
I must admit that I am kinda emotional:
Lord of the Rings (1st part) with the loss of Gandalf, and when Boromir bites it (man I wish I could die like that O.o)
The Crow, when whoever his name is, is bound in his car, and remembers who Eric is (not sure why but I always cry at that part)
Gundam Seed, when Athran (think its his name?) realises that he Killed his best Friend. (the part where he is helt captive and sits on his bed laughing, and then it all just crumbles down.
I try not to cry, but movies and stories which depict an uncrushable spirit and honorable people making sacrifices usually will put a lump in my throat. Some examples would be: Joshua Chamberlain in the Civil War leading his men on a bayonet charge once they had run out of bullets, Saving Private Ryan - of course, when Sam starts to carry Frodo up Mount Doom, and The Passion of the Christ - very tough one to get through. There was one short film in the Creation Museum in Kentucky which was sort of like the Passion that really got to me. The phrase "Paid in Full, in particular.
Also, when my cat died. Strangely enough, I have yet to dry for the passing of a relative. :|
